We reached out to Diana, when my Husband and I started the journey to buying our first home. Initially, we just wanted to learn the process in preparing for a purchase. Our timeline was 2 years out and we really wanted to learn what we needed to do to get ourselves ready to home buying. After watching rates and home prices go up, we knew that we had to rush our timeline. Everything happens for a reason. So, after a text and a phone call we let Diana know that we were ready and wanted to see what was out there. We looked at existing inventory but after a few weeks, we wanted to buy a semi-built custom home. After driving through what seemed to be all of Northern California, we found a city and home that checked all of the boxes. Diana even watched our 2- year old niece while we ran through models homes. I don’t know many real estate agents that would do that! She was so kind! She was our go-to for all questions when dealing with our home developers. I was anxious and overwhelmed at times but Diana answered all questions and provided me with that sigh of relief. She was positive and encouraging throughout the entire process. The entire building process took 6 ish months and as we got closer to closing, she kept in contact and walked us through the finish line. We’re so grateful to Diana for her knowledge and guidance on helping my Husband and I to becoming first time home buyers.
